Coach Tank Ralph Tankersley: Head Coach
Offensive Coordinator / Special Teams Coordinator / Quarterbacks
Coach Tank is entering his 3rd year as Head Coach of the Falcons. In 2007 Coach Tank was introduced as Co-Head Coach along side of Coach Charles Firneno. Coach Tank is only the 4th Head Coach in the 50 year history of the Ben Franklin football program. This is Ralph’s 6th year as a coach at the high school level, all at Ben Franklin. Coach Tank began his coaching career as an assistant at Franklin in 2003, quickly assuming the role of Offensive Coordinator.

There is no doubt that Coach Tank knows how tough it is to play football and attend school at Ben Franklin! Ralph graduated from Ben Franklin in 1996. During his playing days, he was selected Defensive MVP by his coaches. His senior year he was voted team captain. After attending Franklin, Ralph attended Louisiana State University and earned his B.S. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences. Coach Tank teaches Computer Science and PE at Franklin, and he and his wife Lacey, also a Franklin graduate, are the proud parents of Lonnie (5) and Aubrey (3). 
 

Andre Alexander : Running Backs / Defensive Backs
Coach Dre is entering his 4th season as an assistant coach for the Falcons. Andre joined the Falcon staff for the 2006 season, the first after Hurricane Katrina, as the running backs and defensive backs coach. With his plethora of knowledge from his Kennedy days, Dre is a stoic figure in the coaching staff and on the field.

 
Errol Farness : Defensive Coordinator / Linebackers
Coach Farness is entering his 6th season as an assistant coach for the Falcons. Errol joined the Falcon staff for the 2003 season where he quickly assumed the position of defensive coordinator. With his peculiar coaching style, Errol is definite in his will to win. After Hurricane Katrina, Errol spent a year in Miami away from Franklin for the 2006 season but returned home in 2007.
 
Scott Joseph : Offensive Line / Defensive Line
Coach Joseph is entering his second season with the Falcons in 2009. Scott has volunteered for the Falcons previously in the scouting department before officially joining the staff. His enthusiastic behavior inspires hope in all players.
